At Stillwater, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
